Qi Gong is like a moving meditation. It is carried out in a standing posture and involves activating your energy, stretching and flowing, all set to a soundtrack of nature and tranquility. It is a gentle exercise but unlike a physical work out it is an energetic workout, designed to bring all of the bodies organ systems back into alignment and balance. 

Adaptations can easily be made for many of the moves so that they can be carried out seated. The beauty of the practice is that no kit is required.
